Welcome to Syzerra (www.syzerra.com), an online platform owned and operated by Silkennskills LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using Syzerra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms 

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing, browsing, or using Syzerra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration 

To access certain features and enroll in courses, you may need to create an account on Syzerra. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Course Content and Intellectual Property 

All course content, including videos, texts, images, and materials, are owned by the Company or our instructors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and view course content for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of course content is strictly prohibited.

4. Free and Paid Courses 

Syzerra offers both free and paid courses. Free courses are available to all registered users. Paid courses require purchase before access is granted.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. For paid courses, you agree to pay the specified fee at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment processor.

5.2. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.

2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy (Section 6).

6. Refund Policy 

For paid courses, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests can be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

6.1. Paid courses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the subscriber/student has not completed more than 20% of the course content.

6.2. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@syzerra.com with your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use Syzerra for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

• You shall not use Syzerra for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Syzerra, a Syzerra employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Violating any intellectual property rights or distributing copyrighted material without authorization
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malware, viruses, or other harmful content
• Engaging in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with Syzerra’s services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users or our staff

8. Third-Party Links

Syzerra may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We have no control over and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of such third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Syzerra, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties 

Syzerra and its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Syzerra will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You assume the entire risk of using Syzerra.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silkennskills LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Syzerra.

12. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silkennskills LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of Syzerra or violation of these Terms of Use.

13.  Feedback. 

We respect and appreciate feedback from our users. If Customer provides any feedback to Syzerra concerning the functionality and performance of the Service or any Documentation (including identifying potential errors and improvements), Customer hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys to Syzerra all right, title, and interest in and to the feedback, and Syzerra is granted a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free right to use the feedback without payment or restriction, and without any obligation to provide attribution to Customer.

14. Modifications

14.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, effective upon posting the updated terms on the Site.

14.2. Your continued use of the Site following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

16. Severability 

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silkennskills LLC regarding your use of Syzerra and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
