  3. Refund Exceptions Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • The refund request is made after the 14-day refund window has expired.
    • The purchase was made using a promotional code, discount, or as part of a bundle offer.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds can only be issued for purchases made directly through the Syzerra platform. If you have purchased a course through a third-party platform or reseller, you will need to contact them directly for refund inquiries.
